Warrior Day + Senior Night 2026

RISE. RALLY. RED OUT.

On Friday, February 6, 2026, we celebrated Warrior Day, a special day dedicated to honoring our varsity basketball teams as they take on their final home games of the season.

We kicked off the morning with Wake Up with the Warriors, welcoming students from every grade to enjoy breakfast alongside our basketball teams and varsity cheerleaders. Throughout the school day, our campus showed its spirit with a RED OUT, and we wrapped up the afternoon with a pep rally that brought together students, parents, faculty, and staff in anticipation of the night’s games.

This Warrior Day looked a little different, as our beloved Nikki Goodgion was not able to be with us. During the pep rally, Warriors and fans wore orange ribbons in support of Nikki as she undergoes treatment for leukemia. While she was deeply missed, we knew she would want Warrior Day to continue, especially after the countless hours she poured into preparing her Junior Cheer teams and working hard alongside her varsity cheerleaders. Her heart, dedication, and Warrior spirit were our motivation for the day.

That evening, we honored our senior basketball players - Breeli Lane, Trinity Cheatham, manager Marley Fant, Noah Ross, and Cort Santellana - who were recognized and escorted by their parents prior to the game against Cornerstone Christian. It was a special moment as we celebrated these student-athletes ahead of their final home district game.

Both teams earned a well-deserved “W” for the night. Way to go, Warriors! We are so proud of you!

Warrior Day was a such a sweet reminder of our community, our spirit, and the people who make Christ Academy so special.
