TAPPS TMS account instructions

To be eligible to play, all student-athletes must have a current physical on file and their TAPPS account fully completed before their first competition of the season.

We know the process can feel a little overwhelming, but we’re here to help make it easy. Prefer to complete it on your own? No problem! We’ve created simple, step-by-step instructions so you can take care of everything from home.


for athletes

ATHLETES – Do This First

  1. Go to tms.tapps.biz on a desktop or download the free TAPPS TMS app.*

  2. New students only:

    • Enter your school email, click "Forgot Password" to get a one-time password (OTP) email.

    • Use the OTP to log in and set a new password.

  3. Once logged in:

    • Go to your Profile.

    • Fill in your Emergency Contact and 1 Guardian (you’ll need their name, email, and phone number).

    • Answer the 3 questions.

    • Click on "Acknowledgment of Rules (AOR)" and hit SAVE.

  4. Let your parent/guardian know you’ve finished, so they can do their part next!

    * Already have an account? Just log in and accept the AOR for the school year.


for parents

PARENTS/GUARDIANS – Do This After Your Student

  1. Go to tms.tapps.biz on a desktop or download the TAPPS TMS app.*

  2. Use the same email your student entered for you in their profile.

  3. Click "Forgot Password" to receive a one-time password (OTP) email.

  4. Log in using the OTP, set your new password.

  5. Complete your Profile (if needed).

  6. Click on the "Acknowledgment of Rules (AOR)" and hit SAVE.

* Already have an account? Just log in and accept the AOR for each student linked to you.
