Upper School teaching position
Thank you for your interest in Christ Academy! We are committed to providing a holistic education that fosters academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development in our students. Our mission is produce academically well-prepared students who model the character of Jesus Christ.
Our campus is growing! We are seeking a passionate and committed teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith foundation, excellent teaching skills, and a heart for inspiring students to grow academically and spiritually.
Upper School at CA includes grades 5th–12th, with Middle School covering 5th–8th and High School covering 9th–12th.
Our Upper School model is designed to be flexible and relational. Rather than dividing teachers strictly by grade level, many educators teach within their subject area across both Middle and High School. This allows for stronger relationships with students and a greater impact over time.
Teaching across grade levels does not mean doubling the workload. It means teaching your subject to a range of ages, supported by aligned curriculum, collaborative planning, and a strong team environment.
