Grandfriends’ Day 2025

Christ Academy is so much more than academics, and nothing shows that better than Grandfriends’ Day. It’s one of our favorite traditions—a day when students get to welcome grandparents and special guests into the place where they’re learning, growing, and being shaped for what’s ahead. Watching generations connect and seeing those legacies treasured right here on campus is always a gift.
We heard from so many families about how meaningful this day is, and we’re grateful to continue making it a special experience for our EC3 through Middle School students. Our High Schoolers stepped up to serve across campus, giving their time to help make the day run smoothly.
Our 5th and 6th grade choir shared songs they’ve been working on this semester in our new choir program. It is such a joy to have a choir back again! And our 1st–4th graders closed out the morning with folk dances they learned in music class with Mrs. Hansen.
Across the campus, students and their grandfriends played games, made crafts, enjoyed snacks, and simply spent time together. Most importantly, we were honored to offer intentional spaces for students to build memories with people who love them deeply. We hope our students and their grandparents enjoyed the day as much as we did!
