Back to School BBQ 2026
an evening of community and connection
Last night, we hosted our annual Back to School BBQ, a favorite CA tradition where our community comes together to welcome new families and reconnect with returning ones.
There was such joy in the air as new and familiar faces filled our campus for an evening of good food, cool treats, and fellowship. Texas Roadhouse catered the meal, and Kimmie's Korn kept the snowcones coming, a welcome treat on a hot Texas evening. Mr. Callaway's band, Gray Matters, returned to fill the night with fantastic live music!
Our PTF made their first appearance of the year, greeting families at the welcome table and helping our new CA families feel right at home from the very first hello.
We are so thankful for the chance to share a meal, create memories, and enjoy our community together on campus. You, our CA families, are what make this such a special place to learn, work, and grow in Christ. Last night was a beautiful glimpse of His Kingdom at work in our midst.
