The cost of a college-preparatory program like Christ Academy offers is, at times, difficult for some families. It is challenging to predict whether a family will qualify for tuition assistance, as circumstances vary dramatically and the demand for assistance changes each year. If after reviewing the cost of tuition, your family feels that paying full tuition would be a financial burden, we recommend you apply for our tuition assistance program.
HOW IT WORKS
Funds may be granted at the discretion of the Tuition Assistance Committee based on verified need through FAST, a third-party assessor of financial documents. Amounts are awarded for one year only and, therefore, you must reapply each year. Applications for tuition assistance will be considered on an individual basis and awards determined on availability of funds; therefore, applications should be submitted as early as possible.
Christ Academy will not consider students for tuition assistance until they have been accepted as a student.

Parents may select from the following payment options: full pay, semi-annual, 10 month, 12 month.
+ 2. Does Christ Academy offer tuition assistance?
Yes. It is the desire of Christ Academy to make Christian education accessible to many. Annually, CA has awarded over $300,000 in tuition assistance. If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, we encourage you to start the tuition assistance process at the same time as the admissions process.
+ 3. What is FAST?
Financial Aid for School Tuition. FAST is an independent, third-party assessor of financial documents that collects and analyzes financial data provided by families to help in the tuition assistance decision.
+ 4. What are the steps to complete a financial aid application?
Families who are seeking tuition assistance should submit financial information to FAST, Financial Aid for School Tuition. A $43 non-refundable fee is charged upon submission of the FAST application. Access the FAST application here.
+ 5. Who qualifies for a military grant?
The military grant is for dependent children of active members of the military, the Reserves, or the National Guard. There is no paperwork to qualify for this grant but a Military ID is required.
+ 6. Are there additional fees?
Additional costs vary by student choice. Our admissions team will be glad to help you with this question to determine your choices and any resulting costs.
+ 7. What are the tuition assistance deadlines?
Round 1 (current families only) : March 1 Round 2: April 1 Round 3: May 1 Late Consideration: As funds are available
+ 8. Is tuition assistance automatically renewed annually?
No. The application and supporting materials need to be submitted annually.
+ 9. What are the withdrawal policies?
After August 1, we charge a full semester of tuition. Before August 1, we charge a $750 cancellation fee.
