Admission Fee for all new students:
 Early – through April 30, 2012    $250
 Regular – May-June 15, 2012      $300
 Late – after June 15, 2012             $350

The admission fee is broken down into 3 payments.  A $50 non-refundable application fee is due when the application is submitted; a $25 non-refundable screening fee is due when screening is scheduled; and the remainder of the admission fee is due if the student is accepted.

 Reenrollment Fee for all returning students:
 Early – through February 10, 2012         $50
 Regular – Feb 11-March 31, 2012            $250
 Late – April 1-May 24, 2012                      $300

Any student without a completed contract on file by May 24, 2012 will be withdrawn from school, will lose the paid reenrollment fee, and will need to pay the late admission fee to reenroll.

Payment Schedule: Full annual tuition paid by June 1st receives a 3% discount.  Monthly payment plans are available for twelve (12) months from June - May or ten (10) months from August - May.

Tuition Discounts: 

Clergy Discount  - Available to families of Ordained Ministers.

Military Discount - Available to families of active duty Military, Guard or Reserve service members. 

Sibling Tuition Discount - 3k – 12th Grade
The 1st child pays full tuition
The 2nd child - $500 discount
The 3rd child - $750 discount
The 4th & subsequent children - $1,000 discount

After School Care:   ASC is available at no additional charge for full day Pre-K (3 & 4 year olds) and $5.00/day per student for 5K – 5th grades (beginning at dismissal).  Children with older siblings may stay in ASC for no charge until siblings are released from class.  ASC charge will be incurred if students are not picked up by 3:15 p.m.  ASC fees are charged directly to your account.  Billing statements, sent monthly by email, are payable upon receipt.

Other Fees:  This list is not all-inclusive.

  • After School Care   $25 registration fee
  • Athletics   $75 per sport for CA students, $150 per sport for Home School Students
  • Cheerleading - Cheer uniform and all expenses 
  • Course Change/Transfer Fee   $75 per online course change – see counselor for deadlines and limitations on all course changes
  • Dual Credit/AP   $100 per DC/AP course taken online
    All expenses incurred for dual credit courses taken through a local college/university will be paid by the student.
  • Electives - Fees may be required in select elective classes.  Ask the counselor for information regarding  specific courses.
  • Tutoring - Set by individual tutors based on services required

Tuition Assistance:  Need-based financial aid is available for 5K – 12th grades.  Log on to the Christ Academy website and look under the Admissions tab for the FAST Grant & Aid link to submit an online financial aid application by March 19th.   Notification letters are emailed to parents by May 1st of each year.   All who apply after March 19th will be considered on an individual basis and awards determined on availability of funds.
